Deadline-driven work, planned
Turn recurring deadlines into activities people actually complete.
Flowstate lets you describe a process once - the month-end close, the board pack, the customer renewal - and generates a dated plan for every run. Each activity gets an owner, a time and a status, so follow-up happens in the plan instead of in your inbox.
How it works
- 1
Create a process definition
Name it, add activities and set each activity's offset from the due date.
- 2
Add a trigger
Publish the process with a due date, or connect a source that supplies one.
- 3
Work the run
Flowstate schedules each activity, notifies the owner and tracks completion.
Built for processes that repeat
Not a to-do list and not a workflow engine: a plan generator for work that follows the same shape every time.
Define the process once
Describe a recurring process as a set of activities placed relative to a due date: three days before, the Monday two weeks before, the 5th of the following month. Flowstate turns the definition into a concrete, dated plan every time it runs.
Start runs from real events
Kick off a process run from a trigger: a due date you enter, a recurring schedule, or an event from a connected calendar. Every run is generated from the same definition, so the plan is predictable and explainable.
Follow up without chasing
Each activity becomes a run with an owner, a scheduled time and a status. Manual activities are completed from an email link; automated ones report back on their own.
Keep timezones honest
Schedules are stored with an explicit timezone policy, so an activity planned for 09:00 in Oslo stays at 09:00 in Oslo across DST changes and across teammates in other regions.
Workspaces and roles
Organizations contain workspaces, and workspaces contain processes. Invite teammates with workspace roles and keep the audit log of who changed what.
Connect the tools you already use
Start runs from Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook Calendar events (beta), with webhooks, Slack, Jira and Trello on the roadmap.
